Activating Your Patient Portal
The Patient Portal gives patients 24/7 access to records, labs, visit summaries, and secure messages, anywhere and on any device. Patient’s can update demographics, complete forms and questionnaires, access educational materials, view statements and payments.
Once registered as a patient, you should receive an email with instructions on how to access the Patient Portal.
In the email it contains your Username and the Patient Portal URL: https://health.healow.com/HealthFirst.
If you didn’t receive the email or unable to locate it please give our office a call (509) 300-1500.
Receive Portal Login email with username and URL (Link) to Patient Portal:
Note: If you had already logged into the portal and forgot your user password or
username, click on the “trouble logging in” link. This will direct you to a page that you
can reset the information.
Click on URL (link). It will direct you to the log in page.
Enter your Username and Password into the appropriate fields.
User Validation page will appear. Enter DOB or Phone Number associated with
Reset your password.
Set your Security Question:
You will need to read/agree to the eClinicalworks Portal Consent.
The Practice Consent Form will populate in the box. Read and click the box
stating “I Have Read The Consent Form and the Above Information.” click Agree.
Once logged in you will land on the home screen of your Patient Portal. If your
results are available they will populate in the “Latest Results” box. Click on the name of
result to see detailed information.
